Shipping Costs

At PawLux you enjoy free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No extra shipping costs will be charged — you only pay for the product.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver exclusively to customers in the following country:

  • United Kingdom

Processing, Order Deadline & Delivery Time

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 17:00 (GMT+01:00) will be processed within 1-3 business days and prepared for shipment.

Delivery time: Our delivery time is 6-10 business days.

Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on location and any customs delays. The total delivery time, including processing time, is 7-13 business days.

Please note: In exceptional cases, such as during public holidays, periods of high demand or delays with the delivery service, delivery times may vary.


Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. You can use this to track your package all the way to the delivery address.
