This webshop PawLux, operating under the legal entity WilmsCollective, registered under VAT number NL005385642B98 and KVK number 99437465, with registered address at Visserstraat 28, 6067 CE Linne, Netherlands, declares:

That throughout this website the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PawLux, being the trading name of WilmsCollective.

By visiting our website and/or making a purchase, you use our services and agree to these Terms of Service.

PawLux is a trading name of WilmsCollective, established in the Netherlands. The webshop focuses on the sale of premium pet accessories to consumers in the United Kingdom.


Article 2. Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to every offer by PawLux and to every distance contract concluded between PawLux and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms of Service will be made available to the consumer electronically, in such a way that it can easily be stored by the consumer on a durable medium.


Article 3. Consumer

PawLux is exclusively aimed at consumers who are legally capable of entering into contracts.

If the consumer is a minor (under 18 years of age), they must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to conclude a contract via the webshop.


Article 4. Product Information

The range of PawLux contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered, as far as reasonably possible. Images, colours, sizes and other specifications are displayed as accurately as possible. Colour deviations may occur due to screen settings.

Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind PawLux.


Article 5. Prices

All prices listed on the webshop are expressed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Any shipping costs or other additional costs will be clearly and separately stated before completing the order.

PawLux reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already concluded agreements.


Article 6. Orders & Agreement

The agreement between the consumer and PawLux is concluded at the moment the consumer has placed an order and PawLux has confirmed receipt by email.

PawLux reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Suspicion of fraud or misuse
  • Obvious errors or inaccuracies in the offer or price
  • If the product is no longer available
  • Incomplete or incorrect consumer details
  • If a previous payment obligation has not been fulfilled

If an order is refused or cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.


Article 7. Payment

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered by PawLux. The following payment methods may be offered:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Other payment methods offered by Shopify

All payments are processed via a secure connection. The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.


Article 8. Delivery

PawLux strives to process orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery areas: We currently deliver exclusively to customers in the United Kingdom.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 17:00 (GMT+01:00) will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time: Our delivery time is 6-10 business days. The total delivery time, including processing time, is 7-13 business days.

Please note: In exceptional cases, such as during public holidays or periods of high demand, delivery times may vary.

If delivery is delayed, PawLux will notify the consumer as soon as possible. In case of significant delay, the consumer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.


Article 9. Returns

PawLux offers consumers a return period of 30 days after receipt of the product. For full details please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.


Article 10. Complaints

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to PawLux within a reasonable time after the consumer has identified the defects.

Complaints can be reported via support@pawlux.co.uk

PawLux aims to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. Consumers in the United Kingdom also have the right to refer disputes to the UK Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme.

For consumers within the European Union, disputes can also be submitted via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr


Article 11. Liability

PawLux is only liable for direct damage that is the direct result of an attributable shortcoming in the fulfilment of the agreement.

PawLux is not liable for indirect damage, including but not limited to consequential damage, lost profits or business interruption.

PawLux's liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the consumer for the relevant product or order.


Article 12. Force Majeure

PawLux is not obliged to fulfil any obligation to the consumer if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues at Shopify or other external service providers
  • Payment processing disruptions
  • Transport or delivery problems with carriers
  • Government measures or legal restrictions
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or other extraordinary circumstances

If the force majeure situation lasts longer than 30 days, both parties have the right to dissolve the agreement without obligation to pay damages.


Article 13. Privacy

PawLux processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy.


Article 14. Changes to Terms

PawLux reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms of Service. Changes only apply to future orders. The most current version is always available via the webshop.


Article 15. Applicable Law

All agreements between PawLux and the consumer are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers have the right to bring disputes before the competent court of their place of residence.
